I was in a very difficult situation recently where my Gran was hospitalised and my vulnerable Granddad who is heavily medicated was at home alone. I spent 3 weeks off of work caring for him searching for help which was not forthcoming from social services. I instructed Home Instead to look after him. They have spent a great deal of time and effort (especially Kim) keeping me update and ensuring everything from hospital visits to calling up and obtaining INR results every week. They have continued to go above and beyond my expectation and have a real desire to ensure that its as pleasant as possible for everyone involved and also cost effective for myself. I hope not to require Home Instead's help for the foreseeable future as my Grandparents need to be moved to assisted living.

I do have to confess that they lost my Granddad on the first day! It wasn't their fault as he had decided to order a Taxi and go off on his own accord! However once located they dealt with the situation calmly and returned him home.
