The ‘Care Navigators’, previously known as receptionists, at this practice are patient and helpful and actually seem to care. The nurses are excellent and the doctors actually listen! The building is fairly new, therefore modern with accessible toilet facilities and although there are only a handful of parking spaces, I have never had to park on the adjacent road. The attached Cohen’s chemist is also very good indeed with a particular mention to Julie for her above and beyond help.

Went for a flu jab today and the service was exception. The two ladies who signed my wife and I in were lovely. The nurse who gave me the flu jab was very professional and checked all my records and I then needed a blood pressure check. The nurse who saw me was really good and extremely professional and booked me some more appointments. It was an all round very good experience.

Very terrific service from this Medical centre.we had to get a blood test report and they said to come and collect report from there on Tuesday. After reaching there,they said the doctor to review report and they will send us.after 2 days follow ups,today they said The doctor is not available until Monday.
So my question is,for our own blood test report(which is available in their email),how many days do we wait?can anyone give correct information?

Always open in time when everyone else is close, very comfortable to buy products near to home
Also Everi delivery is available in the store so my parcel easily gets shipped

I gave this 3 Star only because of the messing about with appointments one minute it's this day then it's this day the service I got was great I visited the nurse and she was brilliant with me explained everything going to happen today and what will happen next.very happy today 19/9/24

Can never get appointment everytime we ring up, there no queue so you can get an appointment, we always ring dead on 8 o clock by time we ring again like 70 times there nothing left and I’m new.
