The best example of a local pharmacy. The staff do everything they can to help their customers - eg phoning GPs, chasing down prescriptions, offering alternatives wherever they can. Honestly some of the best examples of customer service we have ever experienced. If only the NHS were as efficient and effective as KPS it would be fantastic!

Please could You cancel The Venlafaxine from My Medication List Permanently !!
I did Rink on the 16/02/2024 with My 6 Items needed for this month ! Rang again on the 21/02/2024 to confirm that My Items were being delivered But Received My Full Prescription of Meds , most of which were Not Needed We had an agreed delivery date of Between The
18th. to 21st. Of the Month with just the Meds I required for that coming Month !!
Saving The NHS and Yourselves Money !! I will try again in March and submit a revised Needs List !!

Emergency prescription 111 requested on Friday night. Monday morning call apologies for only just receiving, only then to have a battle of why I didn't have it from my GP. This is a medication that has life or death consciousness if too many doses are missed!

Updating my review - this is the best pharmacy that I have ever used and we have been customers for years . Throughout the current pandemic the staff have gone out of their way to assist and help customers. You receive prompt and professional service but always with a smile and friendly manner however busy they are. Nothing is too much trouble.

Such a lovely place! I went for my covid jab today, every member of the staff said hello, with a smile... small things count!!! I was early so waited...... less than expected. But overheard conversations where staff listened to the customers & gave alternatives... I need to swap my regular pharmacy!!!

Extremely poor service. I had 2 calls with the pharmacist to confirm the two medications I required. I collected my prescription and one of the medications was missing. I had to travel to the pharmacy again on my lunch break and I was told I couldn't have the second part of my medication without the pharmacist. I was promised a follow-up call which I didn't receive. When I called back I was told they had tried to call me (I had no missed call and no voicemail was left.) When I said that this was a poor service as I had now been almost 2 weeks without a vital medication I was told "We have thousands of patients." Dreadful service. No ownership or apology forthcoming.
