After suffering really severe back pain and having to go without sleep because of the pain. I decided to phone Burton Medical Centre I spent all day trying to get through to a receptionist when I finally did I was asked my date of birth, and It was told sorry there are no appointments for today. I explained it was because I was in severe pain that I was phoning I do not know what has happened to Burton Health Centre but in my opinion it STINKS. This is suppose to be a NHS Medical Health Centre which helps people when they cannot help themselves. I was told even though I am in severe pain to phone in the morning I also want to add I have tried all the remedies on the market to try and cure myself. Thank you Burton Health Centre for nothing

Totally unfit for purpose, long waiting time on phone to get through, receptionists bad attitude, unprofessional, so hard to get an appointment. Too busy for their patients, easier to travel to another local surgery.

Why does your web page say that you are open 08.06 at time of calling and the recorded messages says you don't open until 08.30.
Get a grip. People don't require a doctor just during 'office hours'!!

Do not go there unless you really have to - you will be prescribed medicine over the phone without due consideration of other factors - you will get appointments with Drs. not familiar with your case if you are even lucky enough to get an appointment - usually takes a month to see a Dr. anyway but that is if you can crack the telephone system anyway as you cant get through

I would dare to say this is a fit for purpose medical practice, I had appalling treatment her for my 16 month old son in an emergency visit. If you are referred here I would seek an alternative
