Brilliant new salon! Although it’s new to guisborough both therapists are so well established and it shows! I’ve had treatments from both, my nails from Lou are the best they have been in a long time and have even lasted with a lot of hand washing and house pottering! Her nail art is also gorgeous. Just had a wax with Lauren and that was quick and has painless as it could be. Thanks ladies can’t wait to be back!

Absolutely love this place and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Lauren has been looking after my nails and brows for a number of years and knows what works best for me. I have never been disappointed with her work.
The salon is so fresh and welcoming and you are treated as a friend rather than a customer.
Excellent service with a personal touch makes this the best salon in our area.

What can I say... I've been going to Lauren at Chapter Two for the last 7 years! Wherever she's worked I've gone.
She makes you feel so at home, asking how you are, what's going on in your life and even helps sort your problems.
She is amazing at shaping the world's worst bushy eyebrow!!!!
As for my nails she is a perfectionist, she won't stop until every nail is the right shape, length and colour. She also loves cutting my very awkward cuticles off all in one go!
I can't thank her enough. She goes above and beyond.

I have been going to Lauren for a number of years now, for my nails which always look fabulous. In between I have different treatments facials, brows, lash lift which are all done perfectly. Love the new salon very friendly atmosphere and lovely decor always look forward to treatments x

A well equipped modern salon with a friendly service, just off of the main high street in Guisborough with a spacious car park. I had a brow shape and tint done by Lauren which I was very happy with. I will definitely be returning.
