Dawn is wonderful therapist who uses a wide range of techniques to overcome the issues I have encountered while training for competitive events. She has the most amazing intuition for finding the root of the problem and addressing it. Dawn has used a combination of massage, trigger point therapy, acupuncture and stretches to solve my mostly lower body issues. I have even been invited to reach out to Dawn between appointments to make sure I stay on the right track. I'm so pleased to have her support, it is truly invaluable.

I have been visiting Dawn for a around 18 months now and I have found the benefits of setting up a 3 weekly maintenance visit as I call it. I get so much more from my mountain biking and off road motorcycle activities because Dawn completely understands the strain these activities take on the body and knows how to treat and which stretches she recommends. The programme of stretches is ever evolving and this on its own has huge benefits. I can very much recommend visiting Dawn. She is so knowledgeable.
