Graham and Jo were very welcoming and I had a hearing test and an in depth look at what I would like my hearing aid to do. I was given several options for the replacement of my old hearing aid. I was given an appointment to have the new aid fitted in under 2 weeks when I was shown the various different adjustments I could make with the phone app which I am very pleased with. I had another appointment after 2 weeks to check how I was getting on. Well done Graham and Jo - a really friendly, helpful company in Christchurch that is very local for me. I can really recommend the service they offer.

I have had dealings with several audiologists over recent years & have been extremely impressed with Healthy Hearing in Christchurch who are by far the best.The service & follow up service is absolutely excellent, particularly Joanne in reception, who is always welcoming, knowledgeable & extremely helpful.
I have updated the above review as I have now also had my 6 monthly follow up appointment with the audiologist Graham who was also very professional and really took his time to ensure I was getting the best from my hearing aids. I really can recommend this company.

I booked in as I’d gone partially deaf temporarily because of impacted ear wax I had previously been to specsavers for this in the past however the service I received here was far better! I found them to be very professional and friendly & I received amazing service! I can now hear again and I will most definitely be back for the wax removal next time thank you!

Really pleased with the service both my husband and I had. Graham was very good. My husband after putting oil in didn’t need treatment, myself did but Graham explained everything and I was put at ease. Would recommend.

I had been to an Audiologist locally for a hearing test and was told that I had a loss of hearing.
Although the appointment was professional l was not at ease with being told that I would have to spend up to £5000 to regain good hearing.
I decided to seek a second opinion and cold called into Healthy Hearing enquiring after their price range.
I was greeted by Holly who spent time with me listening to my tale of my previous encounter. Holly was excellent at advising me of my options and gave me a good understanding of what choices were available to me. I subsequently made an appointment to see Graham for further consultation.
I felt that I was given a very clear explanation of my needs and subsequently made my purchase with them.
Well done Holly, you are a credit to Healthy Hearing. I am really happy that I made my decision with your and Grahams professional guidance.

ALWAYS EXTREMELY HONEST AND HELPFUL, AND MOST PLEASANT. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. SHOULD ANYONE HAVE A FEAR OF HAVING A HEARING TEST AND BEING TOLD YOU HAVE TO BUY A HEARING AID WHICH ISN'T REQUIRED, AND YOU THEN FIND YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT OUT TO ANSWER THE PHONE BECAUSE IT IS BUZZING IN YOUR EAR JUST WOULDN'T HAPPEN, PLEASE TRUST ME THANK YOU AGAIN HEALTHY HEARING
