Fairmile Grange is a warm, welcoming and friendly environment with a team of hardworking, helpful and happy staff. All the staff, from management, nursing to the catering team, from the reception staff to housekeeping, all are like great friends to the residents . Nothing is too much trouble and the staff all work incredibly hard to maintain a high level of cleanless and care . The well-being team provide a wonderful selection of varied activities and additional support , especially during the times when the relatives are unable to visit . A huge thank you to everyone and keep the same level for long term.

honestly one of the best care homes I’ve ever been in.
I work in care and this is absolutely wonderful, it’s such a homely environment and the staff are all so friendly,
The manager is so approachable and so welcoming. I’ve never seen a home like it!
It’s rare you see a care home the way that this one is,
I would personally stay here myself if it was possible.
Also the cat is adorable

Mandy and her leadership team are inspiration in their approach and have made great positive changes. The staff team is fantastic and will go to great lengths in making a positive difference to the residents. A warm and lovely atmosphere in the home.

My family pay over £6000 a month for non existent care urine soaked room poo under my grandads nails staff members telling us they wouldn't leave there dog here. Illegally understaffed this place needs closing down we are moving our grandad out.

It looks nice from the outside but lots of force promises .My mums life here was miserable .
As a family we could not wait to get her out of this nursing home .The care was poor no dignity or respect shown .The room filthy Bed linen not changed from one week to the next .personal laundry lost even though all marked.
The food was just awful even though I had written out twice a list still kept bringing food which mum didn't eat .
Not all but some of the staff were rude and with little experience and most of these were fairmiles own staff ! My mum left here with a pressure sore that has caused a great amount of discomfort and pain. That I feel could have been prevented had they listened to my concerns. About the mattress not working properly.

I have tried to get in touch with Fairmile by email phone and as yet had no response and if they had answered maybe I would nave felt that I didn't need to do this publicly .
