Great service. Always feel at ease and Elena takes time to explain things to us. Elena is very dedicated to her work and tries to fix problems before they gets worse. My wife used to have a fear of dentists, and yet she does not fear going to Purewell Cross because Elena is so gentle, kind and understanding. I have an issue with grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw, and Elena sorted me out a shield to wear which helps stop me crunching my teeth and reducing further damage being done.

As a complete dentistry coward from childhood my experiences are limited to 'having no choice' visits when I have a problem, but I have to say my visits here for the latest one have been a revelation.

Elena and the team have made me feel as relaxed as they possibly could, extremely friendly and comfortable, so much so that even root canal treatment couldn't spoil it. I must admit I might even have nodded off briefly during the procedure.

I have to go back for the work to be completed but dont feel any anxiety at all.

I can't recommend them enough.

Great dental practice.
I hated and sometimes avoided going to the dentist before joining this dental surgery.
It is a small surgery with one dentist, an assistant and admin coordinator. . All are professional, friendly and understanding.
My recent visit was for a routine check up and clean. Eleena, the dentist is amazing at cleaning teeth with a very thorough and competent technique.i now realise how poor my previous cleans had been in comparison.
She takes time to explain how to maintain healthy teeth and gums and demonstrates the best practices and equipment to use.
I have only been with the surgery for 18 months but have definitely feel my teeth and gums have had more attention than the 38 years with my previous dentist!
Would definitely recommend this surgery.
