The team at Christchurch Foot clinic are amazing.

My daughter has recently suffered with chronic ingrown toenails. We attempted to follow the NHS route, but due to failed attempts at dealing with the issue and long waits we decided to look at private care.
That's where Elodie comes in with her expertise and wonderful care.

We called Elodie, initially for advice. She invited my daughter (12) in for consultation followed by treatment that same day.

Due to my daughter’s severe case, she needed toenail surgery. We were both given full explanation of what to expect and we were made to feel instantly at ease. Considering my daughter has a very low pain threshold & anxiety with any kind of medical issues, Elodie worked wonders at reassuring my daughter & making her feel comfortable with the expected treatment.
A planned Surgery was made quickly after the initial consultation, with continued after care that has followed and continued since the surgery.

The treatment, surgery and after care has been exceptional.
No issue was to much trouble, Elodie dealt with any concerns that came up while under her care. Elodie never made us feel like we were bothering her.

Elodie offered payment plans that suited us. Without this, my daughter would still be waiting for an initial GP appointment if we did not have this option. Money well spent 🙂
