Very helpful team, very supportive in recent years as our family has coped with mum's declining health. No hard sell, ever. Good product knowledge and they're kind, too - very good with mum. It's also great to have parking right by the shop.

Just purchased a scooter from Ableworld for my mother, her first one ever. We were greeted with a smile and pleasantness and at no time was there any hard sell, purely guidance and knowledge but no pushy hard selling which put my mother at ease right from the first minute we walked in.
They (especially Eddy) made my mother feel very reassured with a super polite and empathetic manner whilst understanding my mother’s needs. The kindness and helpfulness especially when taking my mother on her first ever test drive was absolutely fantastic she was so relaxed thanks to Eddys professional guidance and kindness.
The scooter was delivered exactly on time today and with some more info.
She is over the moon and raring to go.
This has given her a new vigor in her life.
I can’t recommend these guys highly enough they are absolutely brilliant thank you guys

Just bought a lightweight mobility scooter, went originally with my mum to purchase a electric chair, but after speaking with Dave and explaining mums needs we were given good sound advice and with no hard sell at all and saving over 1k we went away happy and financially better off.

Visited yesterday with my mother to look for a mobility scooter after it was decided she would need one to remain mobile. We dealt with Rebecca who was absolutely fantastic and helped recommend some to us based on our set of requirements. She was happy to spend as long as needed explaining the different features and showing us the various models. We decided to buy one there and then. They allowed us to take the model they had in the shop rather than wait for delivery. After purchase, Rebecca even helped us disassemble the scooter in the boot of the car. An all round 5* experience, and top marks for Rebecca.
