I couldn’t recommend Christchurch Specsavers more highly. From my first phone call with Becca, help in store with Sally and check up with Kieran everyone was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning in the future and recommending the branch to friends and family.

Following a visit to Specsavers Christchurch, I can not recommend this branch enough.
We had to visit over multiple days and the patience and persistence of staff was above and beyond what I expected. Despite us being very loud and bouncy, we were welcomed into the shop and, when unable to complete the eye test with modern technology the optician persisted in making adjustments until he was able to fully assess our child's vision.
At one point, when attempting to measure our little one for glasses, six members of staff (including one walking past on their break) took turns to engage with him and complete the task.
We were able to leave the appointment and pop to the library to help regulate our child, and did not have to wait an unreasonable amount of time despite it being a busy Saturday morning.
I have shared this review with the local SEN groups as we often find accessing any kind of health support a challenge but the kindness and understanding shown by Specsavers Christchurch was exceptional.

It's been a while since going back to Specsavers, having formed a good relationship with another national opticians, but a pleasant experience my visit was!
Marina greeted me in a friendly and polite manner. She was naturally confident, helpful, very informative, and a good listener - a true professional.
My loyalty has switched back to Specsavers and have no hesitation in recommending this branch.

I am always happy with my experience at appointments or just dropping in for adjustments. They are always busy, but we don't often have to wait long and the staff are always pleasant and good to chat to.

After several visits to the store I would highly recommend their customer service. The staff were impressive. Unfortunately the glasses and lenses were not for me but the staff tried their very best.

First time having to wear glasses and was dreading it ! I struggled to wear sunglasses even so thought there’s no way I’m going to be able to wear glasses.
Staff at specsavers Christchurch were so patient and helpful. Each time I went back for minor adjustments they were lovely ! Not one single person to name as all were kind and helpful and didn’t mind me returning to get glasses just right . Now able to wear my new vari focal super drive glasses in comfort and even forget I have them on at times. Thank you all so much ?

Very dissappointed with my experience. Went for their two for one offer. Was told I could have same reading prescription and same lenses as on my current glasses on both frames. However, when glasses arrived the lenses were not the same as my current glasses. Was then informed to have same lenses I would need to pay extra ( over %100.00. Although they admitted this should have been explained when I made my purchase they were not prepared to own the error and rectify the lenses at their own expense. They offered to change one of the lenses at half price. Very poor response. As not only did you loose this sale ( I returned both glasses for a full refund) you have also lost a customer. In the past I've recommended specsavers to colleagues at work after this experience and I will not be recommending specsavers to anyone in the future.
