My Mum's riser recliner wasn't working. I contacted the shop and spoke to a lovely lady named Cat. She told me that Mike would pop in and have a look one afternoon in the week. Cat called me again later the same day to say that Mike was on his way! Amazing service all round, Mike fixed the chair and Cat was excellent and letting me know what was happening. Awesome! I will thoroughly recommend!!

Called and spoke to Ron. . She couldn't have been more helpful or understanding.
On visit to collect goods she was exactly the same taking time to explain and suggest products. Served with good knowledge, empathy and understanding. If you find yourself in the difficult position of needing anything in this line this store is definitely the place to go. Thank you Ron.

I told Michael at this mobility shop l needed 2 batteries for a 2 week holliday 7th June told me 24th June to pay and collect went in today 27th June told no we are not ordering and Michael is away on holliday the woman could have phoned me he coukd have taken money 7th June felt it was done on purpose could have ruined my holliday but got 2 batteries from Boscombe shop today disgusting no effort on part of woman to call me and ist scooter breaks went on a hill all she was bothered it was 4wks out of warranty not l could av bad accident or a baby in a push chair in a crowd ? ? Apology needed
