Unfortunately had to attend A&E last Sunday (Sun 22nd), It was extremely busy but the triage nurse and Doctor who I saw were brilliant.
As the main waiting room became to busy, another waiting room with comfy seats were offered so everyone could have a seat.
Even though it was busy I was seen to and treated efficiently.

On 14/06/24 gave birth at Bassetlaw Hospital through a planned c section.
All doctors and midwives were amazing, very supportive, excellent professionals at their job and duties, I consider myself very lucky having a great and safe birth experience at Bassetlaw Hospital!! I would like to say a big thank you to the midwife who were with me during the surgery and holding my hand and being next to me whole time, I don’t remember her name unfortunately, her background was from Nigeria❤️God bless you lady and all the labour team ❤️

Went to a&e with a suspected heart attack. All the staff were fantastic. Everything they were doing was explained very well. Had numerous tests done, they explained step by step what was happening. Thankfully, results showed I hadn't had a heart attack. Thank you to all the staff, you were all brilliant.

I wish to give many, many thanks to the Emergency Assessment Unit following a minor surgical procedure carried out on me on 16/5/2024
the treatment I received from 1st entering the building with my wife was excellent, with sympathy and understanding from the Streaming Dept, to my consultation with the Doctor, and the treatment received particularly from Jemma, and also great thanks for the reassurance from Rina George. Such lovely, lovely people. I have a follow-up appointment in a few weeks, and I am looking forward to the experience, with no worries about this occasion.

Exceptional staff. Supportive, attentive, informative, caring, pleasant and polite. 5 star treatment from all levels of staff. Went in for decompression surgery. Although 5 star not to bothered about a return visit.? well done every one you all deserve alot more recognition and better pay.

Been admitted quite alot lately and a super kind, caring Ukrainian nurse called Alina at A&E has a heart of gold. They should all take a leaf out of her book as she is brilliant. A* just so kind. When i see her i just no i will be ok.

I am under Dr Knapp of the respiratory team he spent a lot of time getting to know the symptoms, he sent me for various tests we finally got the answers, after 18 months of waiting now under the right doctor for symptoms, looking to feeling better at last.
