Hi, I'm leaving a review as I went to Tukes in Grimsby for help in doing my household support fund application. The lady Nicki who helped me was brilliant, as I suffer with some mental health problems I couldn't do the form myself. She was so patient and friendly in helping me. And she rang me the next day to let me know I'd got it. She's a absolute diamond and I'm very grateful. Thank you Nicki

I was sent here after seeing a specialist at scartho medical who diagnosed me with depression and PTSD after years of mental struggle and my sisters suicide.
After attending 2 assesment sessions and 4 sessions in preparation for EMDR I haven't heard from them since. I was sent 2 pages of A4 paper in the post with dot to dot exercise on them.
Complete joke in my opinion, maybe you receive better service as a woman, I don't know. I would go private or find an alternative if possible. It shouldn't be this hard to seek help and treatment.

Shocking place absolutely useless have received zero help after litteraly been in begging for some help , workers keep quitting so left months with no one and then instead of telling you the worker dealing with you has quit they just send a letter out saying they no longer are going to be helping you, absolute waste of a service and more likely to send people the other way they help them,,, update finally got hold of them after weeks of not been able to get on phone with anyone only to be told even though I received zero help from anyone and was lied to by care worker , that they still was cancelling all services ,

Didn't think I'd post a negative review about these but after careful consideration I feel it's prudent too.
Been with the CMHT for a while 2 years medicated , because I suffer from high blood pressure unable to take meds and therefore according to them I'm not eligible to be under their service anymore and no meds provided now. Considering depression and anxiety is diagnosed. Suspected bipolar and pycosis which they gave me meds for also, they've said no diagnosis so sorry no help go back to GP and try talking therapies. I think once you email and complain about them more than once they do anything to get shut of you I truly do, not only that it affects any disability benefits you may be on because of their disowning you basically..
Nice one thanks Navigo !

Just cruel disorganised and incompetent.
My wife and I are awaiting a diagnosis for some form of dementia. They are happy to discuss platitudes but cannot action an appointment after a CT report they received but constantly forget about. This is a living nightmare to which there appear to be no end. My wife is the patient with memory issues so the blame is based on her forgetting. Can it get more cruel? UPDATE. I have been promised 3 times information to help. Each time these promises have been broken. If you deal with this organisation ask for things in writing, they commit and do not deliver they will of course explain its your fault. Stay strong and go public and be mindful of the systemic games they play when you need them most. Is this do least harm?

I was assessed and was talking to a friendly lady, she told me I will have to wait up to 3 months for a counsellor to get in touch as I struggle with agoraphobia, anxiety and depression. Someone got in touch they were a cognitive behavioural therapist, after 3 phone calls he fobs me off and tries to tell me to go to someone else and closes the case. Now I feel worse than ever. It’s a stupid service that doesn’t actually help. Won't help and ignore the patients needs.
