I’m quite new to the gym, and have enjoyed some of the facilities, sadly some of the classes are always busy but when you are around you see there a lot of ‘no-shows’, however, when you finally manage to get into a class it is usually very enjoyable.

Now the cleaning needs A LOT more attention, the ladies bathroom is really poorly cleaned, at all times! Early or late, is always super dirty and frankly today I was very disgusted as someone seemed to have popped on the floor and it stank the whole bathroom, after calling the staff they cleaned only the spot where it was dirty leaving the place still very dirty and smelly.

You can tell that whoever cleans the bathroom gives no care for it as most of the sinks have accumulated gunk and shower room was also blocked which leads the water to spread all over the place! I’m honestly so disappointed with the hygiene of the bathroom!

I’ve not eaten there as the food is not very appealing to me and I get a sense the staff are not really trained to do food, but rather “jack of all trades”, however I can say that the coffees and smoothies are really good and well priced.

Overall, I think the space and equipment is nice, but lacks the luxury and care it should for the price of the membership!

Shame the spa is never working properly. Sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi are not hot enough, there’s always a problem going on. Honestly I think this gym is a waste of money. You pay a lot for a poor service. The Café is another problem, it’s the same staff who does the classes, clean the gym and attend the bar, most of them don’t know how to do the job properly. Really needs an improvement.

Book this hotel at your Peril!I was a member at the health club for close to 2 years. Recently, as I was leaving the club I passed through the electronically controlled gate, only to find it closed back on me jamming my right knee in the heavy glass barriers. I let out an agonising yell only to be told that I had passed through the gate too quickly! Later on complaining to the General Manager, there was no real apology and the same ‘line’ was taken, despite common sense dictating that under no circumstances should an incident like this happen with modern electronic light sensitive security barriers , if it was working properly! .I later found out that there were two buttons under the desk that could over-ride the barrier. To this day I am not sure whether the gate was faulty or someone accidentally pushed a button, but the attitude of the staff absolutely stinks!!!

This place is absolutuely awesome. The environment is impecable with the lounge, spa and the great colour bright spacious fitness studios.I love the great selection of healthy menu options they offer.
The staff are very kind, welcoming and friendly. The personal trainers are polite, professional, and are really great at all the trainings and classes. There are also beautiful mix of different type of exersice classes for everybody's preferences.I can't recommend it enough, its really a nice place to work on your health amd wellness goals with ease and joy 💜

Charming facility, spotless and serene, providing a tranquil environment.

However, the café service requires attention. On three separate occasions, including today, I experienced a wait of over 45 minutes for a simple order of poached egg on toast, with today’s wait extending to an hour before any food was served.
Each time, there was a lack of updates on the delay until I expressed my impatience by standing up. It would be advantageous for the establishment to focus on staff training to enhance service quality. While unexpected issues can arise, maintaining open communication with patrons is essential and should not be overlooked.

I’m really impressed after my first week at natural fit equipment and facilities are working fine. Friendly staff and members. I think it’s the first time I been to a gym sauna and no one is complaining about some gym issue with facilities.
Not cheap but I’m beginning to think it’s great value for money. Keep up the good work!

This is what I've been waiting for right in the heart of the town centre!

A beautifully designed, laid out and professional spa which is absolutely perfect for everything I need to continue my health & fitness progression which started at the beginning of the lock down!

The facilities are first class with high-tech equipment, state of the art 'workstations' to do virtual fitness sessions and some amazing class options.

The entire club has been planned to perfection, the bar and cafe area is comfortable, relaxing and with friendly staff.

Finally, somewhere to call a second home!

I think I’ve finally found my happy place, the experience was really good and I would recommend to others. It’s also nice too see them hiring a range of people. I’m all about diversity. This place ticks all the boxes.
