Excellent professional service, I was struggling with wax in my right ear and tried cleaning it out with cotton buds( as you do) and ended up shoving it further in virtually blocking my hearing in that ear. I rang this company as it had good reviews and within a couple of days I got my appointment. I was greeted by Bev with a smile and we sat down and went through some basic health questions, it was advised that the suction method might be the best as the ear drum might be a little sore due to all the poking I had been doing, within 10 minutes it was all sorted and at a cost I don’t think it is bad considering it is private. Excellent place and I will use again if I need to I wouldn’t have any reserves In recommending this place “thankyou”

This is a very welcoming place to visit. I made an appointment and was in the very next day. Linda is very professional and knowledgeable. I was in and out in around 20 minutes with lovely waxless ears. It was well worth paying for the treatment as trying to get an appointment at your GP is rather difficult and then you have a while to wait. Very pleased with the whole experience.

I had 2 appointments over 2 weeks with our practice nurse at my Doctors. Due to ear perforation I could not have them syringed. One ear cleared with daily use of olive oil and the nurse trying to manually clear them .I could not wait weeks for a NHS appointment. I was recommended to the Ear clinic as I needed suction treatment. I have not heard properly for 3 weeks, the nurse made me feel so calm, she explained everything, she said she would go slow, each time she would say some more wax has come out. A 30 minute procedure and I could hear again!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
