Absolutely Terrible Doctors, worst receptionist I’ve ever experienced, My friend has been registered with yourself since birth, she’s pregnant & been placed in temporary accommodation, her midwife has told her not to change doctors until she’s given birth & has a fixed address, the attitude of the receptionist was absolutely TERRIBLE ….. shouting at my pregnant friend down the phone saying we have told you, you need to change doctors we no longer providing you any medication & I’m not discussing anything else with you.

My friend asked how is she able to collect her prescription

To which they replied “We no longer have obligation to supply your medication

My friend - well could you please put me through to my doctor

Her reply…. No if you’ve problem just email your doctor

Absolute Disgusting from people who have a Duty of care, I’m hoping phone calls are recorded as I’ll be in t CqC there putting a high risk patient & even more risk & don’t seem bothered in the slightest

Excellent practice. Receptionists really listen to any requests and the GPs deserve highest praise. Have dealt with quite a lot of the staff and never had any cause for complaint. Very supportive and helpful. Deserve five stars.

Rang this practice regarding my elderly partially sighted and fairly immobile mother, trying to get information to ensure she gets her flu and Covid jabs. Absolutely appalling attitude from the receptionist and I am left trying to contact pharmacies in the area to take her when we come and visit from our home in the Isle of Wight. Disgraceful service for a frail old lady.

Outstanding service considering the pressures local practices are under. Having a child with additional needs is challenging on its own. However from the reception team, nurses and GPs he gets a first class service. Knowing his medical needs are being kept under control takes off the added pressure.
We have visited today and they took the time to explain his diagnosis and explain his care plan. He was relaxed in the environment and it was explained to him what is needed in a way he would understand. Special thanks to DR schur and the nurse who explained his care plan. Well done on keeping the community healthy and well.

Doctor who I have seen is brilliant but omg trying to get an appointment with the physio is near impossible!! Been waiting since February!! On holiday, the paternity and now cancelled due to an emergency not good when ur in so much pain!
