Had to request numerous times for a copy of clinic letter month after initial consultation. When clinic letter received it was for a different patient, huge confidentiality breech. I now have patients name, date of birth, address and details of health care received and still not received my letter. Would of given 0/5 but that was not an option

Iam in for a full knee replacement and cannot fault the care taken and the constant attention received to make sure that I am not in any pain.
