After completing an econsultant, I was contacted within an hour as a GP wanted a face to face appointment. I phoned through to reception and spoke to a lady called Amanda. I just wanted to share how amazing, calm and understanding she was. At times making a gp appointment can be daunting. Amanda was so helpful, clear and went above and beyond. I was attended by Lizzie yesterday evening. Lizzie was professional and had a comforting (and refreshing) bedside manner. And she was patient as a saint. Lizzie gave me a very thorough examination, answered all my questions, and soothed my feverish brow. Thank you Lizzie!

Shocking medical practice, be advised and go elseware. they refuse to re prescribe medication unless i submit to a COPD/ Blood preassure review, this being nothing to do with the medication to which i refer and is tantamount to blackmail, thus being a very serious criminal offence

I have had to visit the surgery on a few occasions recently and have been seen by different Doctors and Nurses. I have had a very positive experience on every visit including from the staff on reception. Our health service and those who work in it are under incredible pressure on a day to day basis and patients should play their part by turning up on time for appointments or cancelling when their plans have had to change. A bit of courtesy goes a long way and I’m sure all of those working at the surgery feel better when we are respectful to them. I would like to thank everyone at the surgery for the care and respect I have received when I’ve visited.

Unfortunately I can't give no stars although it's more than this surgery deserves. The South African receptionist is rude and doesn't listen. After telling her 4 times the same information, she then started to get rude, told me I was rude and then out the phoen down. Don't try to get an appointment because you can't, don't try to get your medication because they keep changing how to do it. Surgery is completely useless!!!
