As usual excellent care for my 90 year old mum, been lucky enough not to have needed to see a doc for a while but the receptionists & nurse Jeanie are fantastic. Glad to see the two young lady doctors are there as well. Jenny the practice manager is very good and always understanding. I think we are very lucky to have this service.

The receptionist I spoke to, Donna, was excellent. She listened to me and took action. She explained everything and got back to me.
The Dr I saw treated my health issue and was so kind and approachable.
I've attended here for years. Dr Kulendran and his team are excellent,providing an excellent range of highly professional services and knowledgeable and friendly support staff to meet all your family needs.

Bad experience I got in this GP while trying to register my family member from Ukraine (they move here from another GP and work in the UK more than 1.5 year and pay NI taxes). But receptionists are totally not qualified and not intelligent enough. The one on duty receptionist with dark short hair was RUDE and just asked about a visa because the existing one finishes in December. When I tried to explain that, then they had an electronic visa and tried to show her on the phone she just refused to accept it. I believe that Home Office needs to clarify for such kind of inadequate personnel that all GP are also funded from the tax that all working people are paying. In a private company, such a person would not work at all. Why in the h..l the patient (the people who paying salary by their taxes) need to accept such kind of service. May be manager of GP is responsible for their stuff. Finally, we stayed with the old GP, which is far from here despite the fact that we moved on RM5.. Once NHS must to review the GPs for their quality and pay them, not just how many patients they have but also include in estimation the review of that patients. I want to be treated much better for my money, and GPs are the main receivers our money from NI taxes

Bad experience with the doctor I was speaking many times about my baby’s formula milk because my baby he can not take another milk and many times they leave him with out the milk just thee months baby! Irresponsible doctors just this worlds I can call them!..

I have a lot of respect for Dr Kulendran, the nurses, Jenny and the receptionists, however, I had a terrible experience today the worst I have ever had from any doctor, I went to the doctors today and I aim to get there dead on time as you only get 30mins free parking and my car can not get to the rear car park, I went in on time, the machine wasn't working to book in online so I joined a queue, the receptionists were very busy on the phones and workmen turning up, I eventually booked in, I waited a while and I noticed people turning up after me going to see the doctor I was seeing in room 3, so I asked at reception and they said they would message the doctor, I eventually got to see the doctor 45 minutes late, so I asked if she was running late and I was told she saw others who turned up for their appointments before me as I was late, I told her I wasn't late but in a queue downstairs to book in, I was told we'll get hear earlier then, I wouldn't mind doing this if I am guaranteed to be seen on time but I have waited before when I was there earlier and you only get 30 mins free parking, in my opinion the doctor was rude and acted without knowing all the facts!
I am FUMING I will never see that doctor again!

I had good experience in the past but recently they changed receptionists and for the love of god they are SO RUDE. I've been nothing but nice and the attitude one of them was giving me was just disgusting. One of them told me off for booking two doctor appointments in one day (where we all know you can bring two problems at one appointment! And becuase of a mistake from one doctor from this surgery and him not listening I suffer many health issues now, hence two appointments! Both didn't even last the full 20 minutes they should). I also work on reception and I am not giving attitude to people for no reason. A person is nice and I will be nice back. Just because they hate their lives doesn't mean they can take it on people.

Cannot thank you enough for all your help and support. Husband medical form, daughters appointments and Nurse check ups - all sorted with success. Your emails address for repeat prescriptions have always worked and never disappointed. Patient Access online system that you are using - great and efficient, even - sometimes - for next days appointment. Great team, hard working and dedicated GP - Dr Kulendran.

I've been dealing with Dr Piramila for the past few months and she's amazing as is Dr Kulendran; I can't comment on other doctors at the practice as haven't dealt with any of them but the nurse is also lovely. Both doctors are so approachable and not afraid to refer like so many other surgeries and always phone with tests results where needed. Receptionists are also very approachable - cannot fault them - thank you ?
