Went to the Surgery yesterday and honestly, I got an appointment within 5 mins!! The receptionist - Nicola was super helpful and so kind. Thought she was going to say the dates which are avaialbe however she said, take a seat!! I saw Dr Alipala (i think that is how I spell his name)who was also fantastic. Thanks to you both

Not very organised, no sign's anywhere i was walking around for ages and didn’t know where to go, outside the main entrance doesn’t even say anything, there’s a pharmacy you have got to walk through to enter the health centre with no signs outside. The main receptionist not very nice, I was seen really quick for a booked in blood test, that why I have give 2 stars.

I've been going to this health centre for MANY years, ONLY once have I had a reason to complain which was MANY years ago when the receptionist was very rude/stroppy but since thdn things have been going great but NOW.........
I asked my partner to phone last week as I was asked to call back but I couldn't handle talking with her again, my partner told me she must have got the same person as she was SO indecisive & always sounded as if she didn't know what she was doing.
Today Talking with the new receptionist was a nightmare, 1 male, 1 female, SHE told the doctor something which I was supposed to have said which was either a lie or her getting confused, I think it's the latter as all I get from her is 'erm, well...not sure, I'm, don't know', surely they should have one experienced staff with a trainee not two who don't have a clue, this is my health & my medication, I want to feel confident the receptionist knows what they are doing. I asked to speak with the person who runs the centre, I was handed over to the other
din-wit at reception!!! Did she do that to 'fob me off', not wanting me to talk with the practice manager? thinking I'm a mug?
He stated he's a receptionist but helps with the admin. Again, as with her he didn't have a clue, you now get '2 for the price of 1'in this centre, I hope it doesn't continue as it's always been a good health centre.
She even stated they tried several times to call me, I wondered why they would do that as there wasn't any need to phone me, I told her I hadn't had any missed calls, she stated 'oh, doesn't matter, I must be my mistake!!!
AGAIN!!
Will I get a call from the practice manager? Will he pass it on? I did state that if I'm not contacted I won't let it go & will call back.
I would give this place more stars but if those two stay they will run it into the ground.

Booked a blood test (phlebotomy) online via a website sent by my GP. Got a morning booking. Spoke to two nice ladies who told me where to go. Waited in seating area as per photo. Was out in 10mins. For me a good experience. If there's no parking in car park, there's plenty of free on street parking.

I'm sat in surgery after a nurse appointment who said you need a doctor, will not book me an appointment even though I have what could be life threatening, told to call on Tuesday i DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT MY WOUNDS OVER THE WEEKEND I ONLY NEED A 2 MIN CHAT , THIS IS THE WORST SURGERY. I AM PUTTING AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT IN. avoid this place

If it was me and your looking to register for a doctors I would recommend you AVOID this one. As a patient here for 29 years I have never experienced the level of service we do now. No one answers the phone calls there over 4 different numbers for the surgery and every single number leaves you wondering if there is anyone working behind those desks. The only way you'll get an appointment now is by going in the surgery by looks of things. And any mental health support might aswell just jump the bridge as they ain't helpful they srug you off to 3rd party services. And even when ringing the surgeryakes you feel worse then give up the fight in ringing them they are utterly useless IV BEEN RINGING FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS!!!every time I ring it just rings for 2 minutes then gives you a constant beep beep beep. Which means they just ignore and reject the calls. Probs to busy drinking there coffees and discussing there next activities at the weekend. All the receptionist need to quit and get staff in that will do a better job pref younger individuals who have patients in mind more than there coffee and Weekend pissups.

Awful!! Tried to call for the past week and haven't got through to anyone at all!!!
Previously to this an appointment was booked and I showed up only to be told I had the wrong day even though I'd received a text message as a reminder of my appointment. So I went home and awaited the appointment date they'd stated only to a day later receive a notice to say I hadn't shown up for my appointment ... shambles of a place literally!!!
