I easily managed to booked an appointment this morning and was seen by Dr Sarita Symon. She was very attentive and made me feel at ease. My issue was discussed and appropriate diagnosis procedure was advised. The whole experience was extremely simple and commendable.

Easy to register in for your appointment. I was seen way before my allocated appointment time, the doctor and nurse were very helpful, kind and professional. The procedure I came in for was completely very quickly and I was provided with all the indication I needed. Never had a bad experience at this surgery. Thank you.

Dr Sura & Dr Brainerd are hands down two of the best doctors I have ever come across. They are always welcoming, attentive, active listeners, patient and genuinely make you feel heard. I have never felt undermined or fobbed off by them. I have had many appointments where doctors literally have made me feel like a nuisance and told me I just have to deal with my illness. I cannot express my appreciation enough for them both. They are a valuable asset to the surgery & NHS. This is a genuine genuine post to dedicate my gratitude. Dr Sura is always polite as well as administering the injection quickly and virtually painless every time. So much easier having specific days set aside to administer them.

On Saturday gone, I met a very lovely doctor who removed my old expired implant and inserted a new one, it was less painful as I went through the procedure and all the process he was chatting with me and by the time I knew it he removed the expired one and gently inserted a new one. I love my experience with him.

By far the worst GP in London!
The reception staff an older lady blatantly said to her colleague “Do not help this patient” which i felt was a violation of service. She was also being extremely rude and made horrible remarks to the way I was speaking because I stutter. No one else seemed to step and help me. I have left this today and I have also forwarded my complaint and mistreatment to the authorities.

P.S They also make their own 5+ reviews on Google which i came to notice so bare careful people you can see the resemblance.

Got seen 30 mins early for my appointment .Dr was excellent explaining the procedure in detail (steroid injection in shoulder) really put me at ease and I didn't feel a thing. Haven't experienced any problems with this surgery so far been 2 days since it had Been done. Been with them for some 5 years.

Dr Bansu, was amazing and made me feel valued and relaxed. The Dr listened to me, answered my questions, did not rush me a wonderful professional Dr. The reception in the surgery was busy, noisy and lacked patients privacy due to the disappointing glass barrier which hindern the communication for all patients.
