My daughter came here for twin lock braces and then a fixed appliance. Staff were always helpful and cheerful. Daughter's teeth look brilliant now! Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Had my braces on for just over a year, way shorter than I expected and the staff were lovely, really listened when I had concerns and made me feel welcome. Just got my braces off today and I’m beyond happy with the results. Thank You Trinity House!!

have worked as a nurse in the NHS for more years than I care to remember and having retired went back to assist during COVID. During my career I met many an arrogant medic - doctor or consultant who thought he or she didn’t have to explain anything to the patient- his or her word was not to be challenged. Over the years this approach has thankfully changed.

When I took my grandson for an appointment at this establishment I was absolutely appalled- the reception and nursing staff were extremely polite.
However the consultation area provided no confidential areas, everyone could hear and see everyone else.

On the day someone came out of what I presume was an office space to shout out ‘ I am on a personal phone call’ don’t interrupt me. Turned out he was the dentist- consultation outcome: he approached me and my grandson- looked at a scan - said he needed to take teeth out make an appointment then we will provide a brace. We tried to ask questions it were ‘closed down’

Outcome : in my view the Dentist we dealt, no idea of his name, was in charge of a convey a belt. My grandson needs this treat not for cosmetic reasons but to help with his speech-he. was so upset with the consultation he has refused to go back. I agree with him.

Got my braces put on 2 years ago and the past two years i’ve had appointments every 8 weeks which has been quick, easy and the staff have been very kind. Very happy with my results as i just got them off today!!

After over a year of waiting for a brace fitting you will be herded in and out of here like cattle in an open room full of other patients being worked on with close to zero customer service from receptionists. Because you are being seen on the NHS you need to be thankful to even get treated (at warp speed once you get in there) they will think nothing about keeping you waiting for 30-40 minutes per appointment but if you are less than ten mins late they will dismiss you and make you rebook no matter the reason. As long as you understand that their time is vastly more important than yours and they are doing you a massive favour you’ll be ok here (that is if they don’t forget to cut the wires properly when they are rushing you in and out). I’d personally just pay privately to start with as dealing with all this crap is not worth the hassle.
