We are lucky to have Crossroads for Carers in Barnsley. This service puts both carers & dependents at the center of everything they do. Be assured that from your first contact with Crossroads you will receive a responsive service that strives to meet Carer & dependents needs. Everyone I have come into contact with from the CEO to admin staff & Volunteers have been so friendly and made me feel welcome

Crossroads have no conscience. They let my brother die. They abandonned him. They let him live like an animal in a urine filled home. They were bone idle, constantly on their mobile phones whilst pretending to care and being paid 600 pounds a month out of his own pocket. They are shameful human beings. They would not take him to the ATM to get his money then they abandonned him. What a company this is! The have no conscience at all.
My mother was a volunteer at Crossroads for 14 years and this is how you repaid her? You will face your Maker. You will regret using this company crossroads. Don't think this cannot happen to you!
