Visited the post office to deposit money in to the account and also to post a parcel. The postmistress was very friendly and helpful as I wasn’t aware of the postal services before this visit. She advised me of the all my options in terms of sending the parcel and also depositing the money was quick and easy. Saved me a trip to the bank. The Post Office was clean and pleasant.
It even had a spice organic corner!

Just used the post office to tax my vehicle, luckily the lady behind the counter was very helpful to guide me through the process very accurately. She was kind and helpful. The environment in the post office was very nice and peaceful.

Disgusting attitude from the woman behind the desk . Told me I couldn't change my tax class of my car there so I came home checked on the .government website and it says I DO need to change it at the postoffice , so I phoned her back up and read what it said on the government website , she said well that's all I know do go to Royston instead and put the phone down !. Very rude and unhelpful . First and last time for me .
Update : I went to Hemsworth post office after Googling if I could change the tax class at the post office without renewing at the same time and once again it said yes. That you can use the post office , so they have done it for me ? So the owners reply is incorrect . The woman was not courteous and she did not explain properly , I tried to tell her I needed to change the tax class at the post office because that is what the DVLA website says but she wasn't having any of it .
