Outstanding service. For the first time in many years I feel truly listened to. I feel incredibly hopeful and excited about my future and getting 'me' back. I also have a clear understanding of what are, and what are not peri menopause symptoms and therefore the things I will need to follow up on if there is no improvement. First class professional service, empathetic and personal, well worth the money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any woman of any age.

Great clinic I will highly recommend to friends. Dr Surya is excellent, extremely knowledgeable and professional, but also lovely and exactly what you want talking about very personal issues. So good to have someone you feel cares about the changes you are going through as a women of a certain age. Really pleased that I made the appointment!

I'm so glad that I booked an appointment with Dr Spencer - I was able to see her in person, which was fantastic, and she put my mind at rest about a lot of things and was able to advise me about how perimenopause impacts other health concerns. After struggling immensely for the last few years, and feeling completely ignored by my GP, I stumbled across My Menopause Centre after searching online for help with Perimenopausal symptoms. Initially I joined their Facebook Group and when I realised I could book an online appointment with a specialist, I knew I had to do it.

Dr Surya was kind and compassionate and I genuinely felt that she wanted to help me. Having 45 minutes to talk in-depth about my symptoms with a specialist, compared to the rushed 5 minutes I got at my local GP clinic, made all the difference. I now have a plan in place for treatment and feel reassured that I'm not going mad.

I realise that paying for a private consultation might not be possible for everyone, but I honestly feel like it's the best money I've ever spent. Plus, I don't have to fund my treatment privately as the doctor sent a detailed report and prescription to my GP, allowing me to obtain it via the NHS.

I'm very grateful to Dr Surya and to Lindsey, the Patient Liaison Manager, who has helped me through the booking and follow-up process, and made me feel very welcome and cared for.

Life is so much better thanks to My Menopause Centre. It's not just the medical help (hugely appreciated as that is!); it's the listening, the understanding, the support. It turns out we're not going mad & there are treatments & solutions out there to help. Rather than being told "it's all in your head". The whole team offer amazing support & are so friendly. I recommend them so highly & am so grateful for their help.

What a great service, I phoned on Wednesday afternoon to book an appointment for Thursday, this was successful. The specialist nurse was knowledgeable, supportive and understanding towards my symptoms and requirements. She sent across a link for my prescription that day for using their private pharmacy, this I received, I paid and my prescription arrived Saturday morning. I was also updated regularly on delivery status.
The service I have been provided, was outstanding and cannot believe within 2/3 days I have had an appointment with a menopause specialist and prescription made and received enabling me to start on HRT straight away.

Thank you again for all your help and assistance during my menopause journey, knowing that I can ask a question anytime and look forward to my follow up next year.

I would highly recommend My Menopause Centre. I was searching for more information and help after feeling abandoned by my GP. I had started HRT after much deliberation but during lockdown I experienced a few awful migraines and my doctors just said to stop taking it immediately and there was nothing further to be done. I booked a session with Dr Clare Spencer who was wonderful. After a few faltering technical issues we had an incredibly detailed and frank chat. It felt wonderful to talk to another woman who not only understood what I was going through but had the medical knowledge to help and put my mind at rest. As a result of Clare's letter to my doctor I not only started on another HRT patch but supplemented it with other medication to help. The whole experience felt so empowering and positive, thank you Clare. x
