Couldn't recommend Becky enough. Due to suffering with anxiety for quite a while, I rarely feel relaxed, however after just a couple sessions with Becky I've been able to tackle some of the issues that were causing my anxiety, enabling me to also feel much more relaxed on a daily basis. I would recommend going to see this amazing lady Rebecca at Shambala. It is a wonderful calming place in the Village of Hutton. She is such a lovely , kind person and really helps you, no matter what your tackling.
