Rang up, explained my issue- was given an appointment for 2 hours later. I was seen instantly when I arrived. Treated with dignity and compassion. Antibiotics were prescribed, other checks completed, directed to a pharmacy- perfect service, cannot fault. Thank you

After calling at Doncaster A&E and facing a waiting room crammed full and a waiting time of four hours or more I rang the Doncaster Same Day Heath Centre from home and was offered an appointment fours hours later. The place was spotless and the staff very helpful. The doctor I saw was also most helpful and placed an electronic prescription which I was able to pick up from my preferred pharmacy almost straight away.
All this when over the May Day Bank Holiday weekend when my GP was shut for two and a half days. An excellent service.

No-one called me back. Called one past ten, u was the 2 nd caller. Gave details & at 10:20 I was told I would need to be seen within 2 hrs. No appointments available? Told me to wait in a call from Blackpool within 2hrs. It’s now 17:05 & no call ever received. Too late as it’s Sunday & no where open for a prescription. 2nd time this has happened to me! Where is the help? None received. What a Joke!

Not worth the call .. after an hour phone call and trick questions they will tell you to call an balance ... NHS is really going down.

I had to use their services twice in one week. Got appointments in an hour or two, though I had to wait 30min roughly before I saw a doctor, both doctors were very helpful. Overall I was very pleased with their services.

Was told to phone them by day care at the hospital to get my dressing changed from my operation which needed doing daily so phoned at 08.15 the receptionist was a complete waste of time I was told a Doctor would be in touch to arrange appointment got a phone batch at 18.15 by that time I had already gone to the hospital ward and had it changed then got another the next day at 10.15 again had been in touch with the hospital ward to have it changed again. Is this the reason that there is such a long waiting list for the hospital theses places are paid to help take the strain away from the doctors and hospitals time that they was shut down and put the staff to work in the hospital

I could not fault this service this was our last resort as unable to get GP appointment for our 3 year old the Dr he saw cared for my little boy from start to finish, he showed professional caring and down to earth nature we just wish there was more GPs like him. Thank you for being amazing keep up the great work DR K.
