Boulters Lock is an amazing home. The staff are truly supportive, kind, caring and nurturing. They work hard and yet nothing is too much trouble for them as they work together as a very able and multi-skilled team, including the kitchen. They strive to enable each resident to join in their many activities to enhance their life, whilst respecting individuals’ own desires. My mother is very happy there and doesn’t want to be anywhere else, and her health and quality of life have risen since she’s been there.

I am consistently impressed by the exceptional care provided to the residents at Boulters Lock, especially those with dementia. The home has a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The staff are incredibly kind and always ready to assist with a smile. They treat each resident with compassion and respect, which is so important, particularly for those with dementia who require extra patience and understanding. The manager is especially remarkable, leading the team with dedication and ensuring that the highest standards of care are always maintained and she is very helpful lady.

I have been working for Hartford care for 6 years I love coming in, all are residents are happy every day Is different. The home is big and comfortable warm lovely meals prepared by are lovely chef we have a good team who care. About their residents I would definitely recommend this Care Home to friends and family, the dedication of the manager she goes out of her way to help staff and residents and families she Always got a smile on her face .
