Their system is simply atrocious. I rang, to have a free medical and get a couple of minor issues checked (I've been with them for 30 years, and barely used them). The message said they'd callback. They didn't. Next day, I waited 45 mins, finally spoke to someone, booked the medical but was told they aren't taking appointments by tel, I have to use online system connect.
Under 'new condition', it said we aren't taking new condition appointments online! I managed to put some info in another section, took a while, and hit send. No acknowledgement. Two days later got an email saying we've booked you in for 12 days time, which I couldn't make. Emailed back requesting another time and a call to confirm. Got an auto email back saying this inbox isn't monitored, email this one. I did, next auto email said not taking booking requests by email!
Online, I managed to cancel the booking.
What next? No Tel numbers supplied on any messages, won't take Tel calls, do I again fill in a lengthy online request with the same details to get another appointment I probably can't make?
The whole set up awful, so frustrating and infuriating. I have no idea if anyone else is better, but I've switched to Queens Park. De Parys deserves to lose its patients, it has no idea how to treat people as humans.

Been with this practice for years. It was easy to get an appointment with a named doctor or just with any. But now after becoming part of the group I feel it has only gone downhill, getting an appointment has become a challenge in itself having to wait a silly amount of time to be able to talk to someone or just to have a call cut off.

Made appointment yesterday, seen today at the appointment time. Pleasant receptionist, pleasant doctor, satisfactory conclusion. What's not to like ?

Promised a call back for medication which the hospital told me I needed was told doctors to ring me in 3 days and no one called backed no way of getting anyone need to retry monday wish me luck Horrendous service now

My experience is very positive. Friendly receptionist, excellent doctor. He was very knowledgeable and very approachable, he made me feel relaxed with his cheerful manner. I have no complaints personally about any of the surgeries within the De Parys group. I feel very grateful for our NHS.

Attended the surgery in person this afternoon and attended to immediately.
Receptionist printed my test results off and arranged for a blood test

When you get beyond the telephone system and are fortunate to be referred to the nursing team you get excellent treatment. They are very friendly, helpful, explain exactly what is going on, make necessary referrals and give exceptional service.
Sadly getting to see a doctor is not so easy.
