Did one full week with Mike and after having cold numb feet for 5 years I finally felt warmth all the way to my toes. He's give me hope the NHS just gives me pain killers and pushes my appointments back. Highly recommend and already got a plan in place to finally get me back to some kind of normality.

I was visiting family in Lancashire in early July 2023 and needed an emergency appointment. ProHealth accommodated me on the same day. Every member of the team with whom I had contact was exceptional. The receptionist was polite, professional and yet friendly. I saw Michael whom I simply cannot recommend highly enough. The practice knew that I could not be a regular patient as I live out of the area, but I was treated with concern, dignity and respect from start to finish. Five stars - AMAZING SERVICE. The best decision I ever made!
I will never be able to thank Claire and Jordan enough, they are both amazing individuals who I will be forever grateful to.
Over 12 months I suffered with severe pain daily from a labral hip tear and my back being put out by a physio. I made an appointment on a whim and went the same day, though I cant say I was expecting a drastic improvement. But after just 1 session with Claire and 1 session with Jordan, my back pain was gone, it felt like a miracle!
I was anxious and nervous during those appointments but Claire and Jordan were so welcoming and actually listened as I explained what I'd been through and the impact it was having on me. They reassured me and gave me hope when I was all out.
Since that my treatment has been tailored individually to me to help me rehabilitate my hip and strengthen my muscles in order for me to return to the gym, as well as improving my alignment and posture, my balance and my range of motion, just to list a few.
A week ago Jordan gave me the go-ahead and I rejoined the gym and last night I did my 1st 22 station 2 round circuit, yes it was difficult but the aches I was left with were entirely normal and without pain. I honestly didn't believe that this was a reachable goal for me, but Claire and Jordan's expertise and hardwork (and maybe some wizardry! ?⭐️) has got me there. In such a short time I have come so far from where I was the first time I walked into the clinic.
Today I have now transferred over to the wellbeing programme and my sessions have been reduced to just once a month with both Claire and Jordan to maintain my rehabilitation and keep me moving forward. (APOLOGIES, to Jordan for the trauma today, I'm glad I don't have to see you for a month! But thank you for running to my car for my hoodie when an enthusiastic squat led to me completely splitting my pants at a catastrophic level!!! ?)
Also, to mention the clinic, it is a lovely, clean and well equipped clinic with the friendliest reception ladies I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They fully explain cost, (which is very reasonable for the level of care and treatment you receive) the plans available and communicate any changes with plenty of notice. They are a great face for the company and make you feel welcome as they go that extra mile and even manage to remember so many patient names, giving things a personal touch.
This place is not there to rip you off and just keep taking your money, their tailored plans of treatments enable you to see how long they expect your treatment to take and when you complete that, moving over to the wellbeing, not only saves you money, but also gives you additional reviews to ensure everything is still working for you.
If you have contemplated trying it but haven't, DO IT, you won't regret it and if these fabulous people can't fix you I honestly don't think anyone can!

After injuring my calf muscle whilst running I contacted Pro-Health and booked a series of appointments with Jordan. After undergoing a full course of rehab I am now back running and experiencing no pain. From the first appointment I was impressed with the knowledge and thorough treatment I received which included emails with rehab program's to be carried out between sessions. As well as focusing on the injury rehab the root cause was also assessed and corrected which will hopefully prevent a recurrence of the injury. If you are in need of Sports Rehab then I would recommend Jordan at Pro Health.

I first made an appointment after struggling with cramp in my calves and hamstrings whilst running longer distances. With the help, advice and treatment I’ve received from Jordan I’ve managed to race Howgills trail marathon and get 3rd place without any cramp or issues with my legs. I have also run a PB time of 8 hours 58 minutes
at Lakeland 50 taking nearly 3 hours off my previous years attempt and finishing as 8th male/11th overall. Without the treatment and advice I’ve received I don’t think this would have been possible.
