After having been to a few gyms in the past, this is by far my favourite! I knew as soon as I looked around that I wanted to join - I love the look of the space inside, the equipment is in great condition and it's got such a community feel.

It's evident that everyone who works there loves what they do, you always receive a friendly welcome whether on the front desk or on the gym floor from the team and members alike. Honestly such a great place to train!

Best gym I’ve ever been to! Equipment and size is perfect. Instructors are patient and funny. Loads of classes and in a year and a half none have been the same. Real sense of community and everyone encourages each other. 5 stars!

I joined Unit One after years of frustrating sessions at big corporate gyms. The staff here are so friendly and always offer lifting/workout advice if you ask. The Hyrox set up is great, with trainers experienced running large sessions and keeping everyone motivated. I would definitely recommend coming down and giving the gym a go, top class set up.

Absolutely amazing gym! Where do I start? Really cool facility itself with all of the machines and equipment you would need. The Coaches and PT’s are all super friendly, welcoming and experienced in their field! Such a fantastic range of classes for all abilities. I personally love the Hyrox and Bootcamp classes - very challenging and motivating and I always feel like I’ve had a consistently positive workout. Having done CrossFit for many years, I find this gym so welcoming and extremely good value for money. Definitely has a community feel and I’m excited to see how it evolves over time. So grateful for Unit One in my life!

Wish I joined years ago! Completely different feel to these big concrete jungle corporate gyms. Warm welcome everytime you walk in. Incredible staff aswell as gym goers. Really is a community! And there Hyrox sims are spot on!

I’m really impressed with this gym! All the staff are great — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and more than happy to assist with setting up a workout or moving equipment around to help plan a Hyrox-like routine.

The equipment is all well kept, tide including a wide variety of options for whatever your training goal.
