Things are definitely on the up, with the new online booking system. Its early days but there seems to be a much more streamlined system in place, which is working well. Online Triage works as well as Face2Face and there are many more ways in which one can get treatment. Well done Modality for the improvments. My wife and I are cautiously optimistic 🙂

A few years ago, I would have provided a fairly positive review of CDHC, however, under Modality it's become an absolute nightmare. Good luck trying to get one of the very few appointment slots they have, even if you call as soon as it opens. You'd probably have more luck buying a lottery ticket. Myself and my family have registered with another GP.

Years ago I would have given 5 stars. Superb service. Then we lost CDHC when Modality swallowed it up. Twice I've had vaccines booked with nurses who didn't know how to use a needle. Once I was the first caller in the queue for 23 mins - someone from front desk team didn't turn up, so they decided to ignore the phones for the day. I developed a neuralgia - first question asked was 'are you stressed and scared to go back to work because of Covid?'. I've had that neuralgia for 6 years now and I'm still being fobbed off! They 'lost' a letter that was sent to them from the pain clinic. Now I've been waiting months again to be seen by someone who might actually be able to do their job and sort out the pain I'm in, but the problem is that the very long wait for it means I have to put my notice in soon and will be losing MY job, all thanks to Modality.

We went to this eds clinic for therapy for my 16 year old daughter that as anarexia. After 3 appointment S. These people Amanda copland and Jenny Taylor social worker.had my daughter taken from her home by police. Had her sectioned under the mental health act 2.. She eats all her food as never self harmed never made herself sick she is a child and you have treated her in a absolute disgusting way she is still on section 2. 17 days now was treated like this for being 1 stone under weight this person didn't even give my daughter my any therapy she as been put in a tier 4 pycratric unit for being under weight as so far spent all this time on a air bed can't leave the room as section 2 can't wash or toilet without being watched you people have caused so much stress and suffering to my daughter I will be seeing legal advice you have done this to an innocent child . We went here for therapy and trying to get this as caused so much suffering. As to now my daughter all observations in hospital were good there was no need to lock her up she should have been allowered home from the hospital. I will guaranteed be getting a solicitor your destroyed a child's life by mis judgement and inconsiderate actions to an innocent child you are not professional you are not worthy of the name please avoid

Have regularly been let down by here; it's impossible to get an appointment, you have to push to have anything investigated, I could go on. Was recently seen by Dr Yousaf and this was the first time in years that I felt properly looked after so this review doesn't reflect her care.
Had 2 missed calls this week and a voicemail (was on holiday not checking my phone), so I called back and was told they didn't know why the GP was calling me. Then was told that as I'm being investigated for cancer, they will put me on the urgent list and the GP will call me back by half 6 that day. Wasn't impressed with how this was said, not very reassuring and in fact did not receive any call! I am now having to wait until I can call them back to find out what they were trying to contact me about (I'm a dental nurse so calling back is next to impossible unless I book a day off work). Left anxious and worrying about what it could be! Absolute joke, if only I could give a rating of 0 for the lack of communication.

Update: they have somehow lost my 24hr ECG results despite the hospital sending them out twice! Unbelievable

I am very upset after having tried for 2 days to talk to a doctor about blood test results. You can only ring between 3 and 5 for results but it is a waste of time as you only get to talk to a receptionist. I find the receptionists very rude and uncaring. I was in tears after putting the phone down.

Terrible experience over last couple of years getting appointments - only way to do it is though 911 who seem to be able to get an appointment despite the surgery claiming that none are available?!

My 92 year old mother received a letter from this practice yesterday - see photo. The letter had a 1p stamp on it so it cost her a trip to the post office and £1.50 to retrieve the letter. I consider this irresponsible and inconsiderate from a health practitioner. I wish I could give this practice a zero rating
