My son was struggling with self esteem and regulating his emotions.
My son felt as ease with Louise straight away & looked forward to his sessions, he was keen to show us what he had learnt in the sessions, I think he would have loved to keep seeing Louise each week!
Louise has a brilliant way at talking about things in an easy way for children to understand, by playing games & using illustrations.
I have seen a big difference in my son, he is more positive, he knows what his emotions mean and how to cope with them better, as do we as a family.
When I asked him what he would say about Louise he said “It helped me a lot, 5 stars”

My son had 6 sessions with Lou and I can honestly say it has helped him so much. He looked forward to his sessions with Lou and found it really easy to talk and open up to her. He can become anxious and he often overthinks things, she made him feel that all his feelings were normal and how to cope and manage them. I would highly recommend Lou and will be using her again if we need to.

Lou is amazing, she really helped my daughter rebuild her confidence after being bullied at school. Lou taught her the tools to handle situations she wasn’t comfortable with. Lou made it fun which helped my daughter to open up and talk about her thoughts and feelings. Lou really has changed my daughter’s life. I can’t thank her enough.
