My experience of counselling some time after my own autism diagnosis was more than enough and never again. Entry level expertise and the assumption they knew better was offputting. Counselling just made me feel better for some months and never addressed my problems directly.

This is a service my son has been able to access for the past year. I cannot vocalise the profound impact Elaine has made to my son’s world. If you or one of your loved ones is struggling with the mainstream vanilla NHS mental health support currently being offered please take time to reach out to Action for Asphergers.
