Thankyou to the amazing delivery team colin and Anthony who set up my little boys safe space bed this morning. They were very professional, polite, respectful and friendly.
Also another thankyou to Sharon who helped me with the measuring for my sons room and all the information and options for the safe space bed.

So here I was looking at an email telling me that my son's safespace will be installed on 23rd December...I know, I was thinking the same...in normal years I would have had my doubts, but this was 2021.
However on the morning I received a call from the installation team telling me they wouldn't be long.
A little while later they arrived, and in no time at all the safespace was installed.
The bed is brilliant and the two guys who installed it couldn't have been better. They vacuumed after themselves and left everywhere clean and tidy. Then stayed to explain all the features. Only when I was happy and without further questions did they leave.
They are a credit to the company, along with Sharon and Ben who talked us through the measuring and design stages.
Excellent service from start to finish.

From the very first telephone conversation to the installation of the safe space I can not praise the standard of service we received enough. Everyone I dealt with were extremely helpful and able too answer every question I had. Nothing was ever a bother no matter how many changes I made during the planning of the safe space. The quality of the safe space itself is impressive, I feel at ease knowing my son is safe at all times. My son is sleeping longer at night time and even chooses to spend time in the safe space during the day. I cannot thank safe space and all the warm, caring staff enough.....

Just had the lovely Colin and Mark from Safespaces installing my little boys new bed. I am DELIGHTED with it, can not wait for my miracle to see his amazing, cool room!! 🙂

My sons Safespaces bed was installed last week by Colin and Amar who were very professional and explained everything well.
Surita and Ben helped alot through the process too so Thank you.Your an AMAZING team.The quality of the bed is exceptional.
We had a loan voyager and now we have my sons lovely Safespaces bed. We used to drive my son to get him to sleep or if he woke in the night.These beds have literally saved our
family's sanity. I used to have to bring my son everywhere in in house with me due to mobility issues to keep him safe but he can now have short periods in his bed where I know he can't hurt himself and I can now do the things I used to take for granted.Dont hesitate using these products there amazing.

First class service from the initial enquiry, through to a thorough discussion of requirements and the final installation. Everyone I dealt with was completely professional, knowledgeable and very understanding of my son's special needs. Most importantly of all, my son absolutely loves his Safe Space and I have peace of mind. Five stars all round!
