I don't know why this practice has so many bad reviews. Never been refused an appointment when genuinely needed. Yes it's difficult to get through but so is every other GP surgery.

Disgusting, my son tyler has been in pain with his ear, they told him to olive oil, which he did, been more than 7 days as advised. He phoned this morning due to being up all night in pain and they said what they always say no appoinments. Absolutely a joke. Tyler has been with you for 21 years and I can count on one hand how many times we needed to come down in 21 years. You are the worse, you make people ill by stress and anxiety of having to deal with your staff.

Went to order medication. There was an old man trying to order his medication and receptionists were really rude to him that he started to shake and he became really stressed out and dropped everything he had in his hands and I called them out on being rude to him they started being rude to me. I’m not bothered about myself even though I have anxiety issues but there is a lot of older people going to the surgery and other Family members have mentioned as to how rude the receptionists are. I hope you they learn some respect for people and learn how to do there jobs properly

This place is going fown the drain, if i could i'd give this -4 stars..
1. Place is full of "juniors learning" there's no problem with that but when you do need a professional help and you're not in the facility for the 1st time but X'th amount of time again, then their juniors make things even more complicated, postpone treatments needed urgent care and don't help in any way.

2. We've been sent from here to A&E / ER, 3 or more times, hospitals etc, spent 12+ hours to be sent back to this GP as its my dads main GP practice. Then back again to Walk-in centre to check up, then to Mansfield for untrasound.. They sent my dads scans to this GP, they've been sent on tuesday, and only today - thursday they received it as "receptionist said, then she hang up on me" following with a message "the doctor will see them tomorrow (friday)" but of course fridays they work shorter time and then we have weekend, so for this whole "check" if my dads leg is treatable will take over 1 week aspecially that orthopedics clinic said IT'S URGENT.
For this GP poractice nothing is URGENT just their payslips and holidays ofc 🙂

3. The amount of times this GP practice has neglected my family health and friends is unbelievably surreal / bad.
You're better off calling 999 / 111 for help as they're more likely to do something.
Otherwise you better wait for death as that's the same waiting time as for your appointment with a doctor at this GP practice. (Yes this is your typical indian GP practice). - Good Luck!

absolutely disgusting service they tell you to ring from 8am you do this to be placed in a callers que , to either get cut straight off get to caller 1 then phone line goes dead, or it just forever rings through and nobody answers. ive a few times walked upto the surgery stood in waiting room and rang the surgery could see lights flashing on the phone to alert of a call and nobody answered it they just sat there chatting away with eachother

I have been so sick of this surgery. How can you be on in line for 2hours and still get cut off when you're next to be spoken to. How can the doctors not follow up with your blood results when you have a long term illness? Also I have calling past 4days and I can't get through at all. You're either in a line for 2hrs or the line is engaged for an hour. I have never been so frustrated and this has been going on for a year with me

Absolutely rubbish surgery I rang 127 times in the morning from 8 o clock always engaged or the phone is ringing and nobody picks up. Receptionists are very rude and I ordered a prescription and when I go to collect my prescription it's not there nobody has bothered to do it. Can never get an appointment and wen you do get an appointment you are waiting more than an hour to be seen and then wen u see the doctor they have no clue wat to do. I have been registered here since my birth been here 35 years and now I am looking for alternative surgery. Very sad its had to come to this its disgusting.
