I have used Home Instead Nottingham since 2019 and can not praise them enough. Nothing was too small and they were all wonderful. Special mention to Joy who was truly exceptional and I wish I could have taken her with my Dad, when I moved him to be closer to me.

We are extremely happy with the care our 93yr old mum has been given for the past couple of years. Mum is very fond of her carers who are always kind and well trained. We are so grateful to have the option for her to stay in her own home.

Care at Home as opposed to Care in a Care Home is for many the preferred and more palatable option.

Trusting the care of someone you love to a Care Company, manned by people who are total strangers, is though a daunting task. However, when those strangers become the cornerstone of your loved one's care plan, and prove themselves to be people you can absolutely rely on and trust, then you breathe a sigh of relief and thank God for the absolute and genuine care, support and concern that they bring into your loved one's home.

That has been my experience over the past four years with the wonderful team at Home Instead.

Home Instead is the sum of the carers it employs - and in my experience some of the most caring people I've ever met work for Home Instead Nottingham.

The phrase "going the extra mile" falls way short of the sensitive, committed and dedicated way that the carers we were fortunate to have caring for my elderly friend conducted themselves.

Thank You everyone at Home Instead Nottingham. Thank you for relieving my sense of guilt, thank you for being there when I couldn't be and thank you for bridging the gap between care and love!
