After a one night stay after shoulder surgery by Mr. Webb, patients can honestly say that their experience at Nuffield Chester was excellent. From the initial nurse who collected them from reception and took them to their very clean private room to the lovely lady who came and took their menu orders, each part of their treatment was explained to them by the lovely nurses who could not do enough and the care after surgery was second to none. Mr. Webb made sure they had everything in place before allowing them home. All in all, a top-rate service. Thank you.

Recently had surgery here as a day case. All staff were excellent. All very professional,caring,understanding and explained everything to me. Nothing was too much trouble, I was slightly nervous about procedure but they couldn’t have been anymore reassuring. Pre and post op was amazing and would 100% recommend this hospital to everyone.

Very nice and welcoming reception staff.
Was able to get appointment quickly and at convenient times. Was seen by 3 consultants I was particularly fond of Dr khan's methods of service and care. Very logical and straightforward with high efficiency. Was able to receive treatment and diagnosis quickly. Overall very happy with the service provided at Nuffield chester.

Recently has a vascular procedure at Chester Nuffield with Mr Dimitri. I began by being very apprehensive regarding the surgery but as soon as I arrived my fears melted away.
Every single staff member I met were kind considerate and totally professional. Within the first half hour I has been admitted by a lovely nurse, seen by both anaesthetist and consultant and felt fully informed regarding the plan.
On returning from theatre I recieved exceptional care and was allowed to recover in a warm, quiet, clean, cosy bedroom. Everything was done at my own pace with no pressure being put upon myself.
Although not planned I did stay overnight which I was glad of as I do not recover quickly from anaesthetic. I was cared for throughout by a lovely team of nurses and on discharge I had everything I required.
Congratulations to Chester Nuffield my experience is no doubt a 5 star...⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
