I’ve been getting my nails done by Lauren for quite a long time now and love them every. single. time. I always walk away convinced that they’re my favourite set yet - but I do this EVERY time!! Lauren is so lovely and nothing could ever be too much for her. I look forward to coming and always come away over the moon with my nails!! 🤍🤍🤍🤍

Gutted to be writing a bad review, not usually one to write one but apart from the lovely staff and a lovely experience when I came for my appointment for my gel nails I can’t explain how gutted I was with the quality of the gels I had done.

I had my nails done as treat for my holiday as I usually do them myself and thought I’d get them done so they’re of better quality ( hopeful of them lasting longer due to getting them done professionally). Unfortunately I was far from impressed with them as less than 48 hours of getting them done the nail art I had done came away and then a day or so later other nail art on other nails came away. Yes it wasn’t the end of the world but after spending more than I’d ever spend, I had hoped they’d last longer than they had.

I reached out to the salon and the manager was happy to resolve the issue once I was home from holiday. I booked an appointment a day after I’d landed back and went in to get them ‘repainted’ which was what was agreed. With some kind of miss communication between the nail technician and the manager the nail technician had actually in fact spent a whole hour ‘rebalancing’ them ( I was completely unaware at the time). I went to get up to leave and i was asked to pay with a 50% off, which wasn’t what was agreed. After the girl explained she’d rebalanced them as a miss communication between them. I was slightly confused and felt awkward as the girl was so lovely throughout my appointment and clearly wasn’t her fault- nor mine) I continued to pay the money. In the end the gel nails costing me originally £45 & then an additional £15, I wasn’t best pleased.

Walked away happy with my nails however days after again they chip, I don’t work a very manual job and even when I do them myself they don’t chip like they did with these professionally done.

Lovely staff however, the nails do not last for the money charged. Whilst I was in there 2 other people came in saying their nails had been chipped in a short period of time also, so not entirely sure how this is fair.
