Absolutely first class experience. Charlotte was so knowledgeable and thorough, explaining everything about my treatment in detail and answering all my questions. I felt really at ease whilst the treatment was taking place and can already see a difference to my skin. Kara was also amazing at my first consultation. She gave me lots of info and was very honest about what to expect. All the staff are lovely. I’m one very happy customer.

My appointment was with Charlotte for a Forma Facial it was lovely my skin felt amazing after she is really knowledgeable on treatments skincare etc.
I have booked in for a course over the next 6 weeks.
Charlotte recommended a medical skin care range for my face which I have been using for the last 4 weeks which really suits my skin.
The appointment was very relaxed and comfortable everyone is very friendly at Sanctum I am looking forward to my next session with Charlotte.

I had my very first hydro facial a couple of weeks ago with Charlotte and I can only describe it as amazing! I’ve had trouble with my skin on my face and neck being really flaky and dry for a couple of years now, after my hydro facial Charlotte recommended the products I should use at home and I can honestly say that the difference in my skin is like night and day!! Absolutely 100% recommend the sanctum, Charlotte is amazing!

Lovely experience. I was welcomed by the staff and soon called in to the room for my procedure. The girls explained each step and continually asked if I was alright. Before I left they explanied what to expect and how to care for my skin. Lovely friendly atmosphere at all times. Thank you

The staff are wonderful.

From booking a consultation to walking through the door it was very welcoming, my consultation went well and I was booked in for my treatment the very next day. My treatment was fully explained and I had chance to ask questions.
The nurse was very professional and was passionate about making clients feel their best, she called herself a perfectionist and she definitely was and wanted the best outcome. I am so pleased with the treatment and recovering well.
