I've been seeing Steph at Health Inc in Cottingham for a while now, and I can't recommend her highly enough. As someone who constantly pushes myself physically and deals with a lot of sporting injuries, it's so reassuring to know that I’m in the best hands. Every time I’ve had a problem, I know Health Inc is the place to go. Steph's professionalism, care, and extensive knowledge always leave me confident that I'm getting the best treatment possible. If you're looking for a chiropractor you can trust, this is the place to go!

Great service and clinicians. Very friendly and highly rated service. Sessions are tailored to your needs including treatment.

In one session I had laser treatment, cupping, soft tissue and pressure points on my shoulder and Scapular area. This place is about treatment and not dragging out sessions.

They even do referral discounts for you and the person referred. You get £10 off your first session as a new customer when referred, and the person referring gets £10 off their next session.

Drop my name "Paul Taylor" if you want the discount or dont, makes no difference to me, I would still highly recommend them.

Really nice premises, well maintained and modern. Highly professional service.
Vicky, the owner is very knowledgeable, and Ben is really good. They all are to be honest, ha.

Could not recommend Health Inc Chiro enough. Every member of staff from Sue/Angie on Reception to Ben, Steph and owner Vicky. What a fantastic place. Worth every single penny. Inital consultantation is thorough and in depth with a range of different tests, coming back for a follow up to discuss results and treatment. This can be Chiropractic, Laser Therapy, Soft/Deep tissue massage, exercises to do outside and much more.

Each member takes time to listen and are so friendly. It's helped my pain, my posture and my life in many ways.

Their expertise, knowledge and experience is evidential.

Only slight down side is the parking, very small drive and awkward to park/get out on to main road. I believe this may be something fixed in future. There is a little street down the road where you can normally park for free with small walk so don't let this put you off.

During lockdown I injured my knee through running, the pain was unbearable as I wasn’t able to rest through the work I was in, and as soon as Vicky was able to open I knew she would sort me out. I felt very safe when I entered the clinic with the extensive measures Vicky and her team have put in place. I can’t praise Vicky enough, she is amazing at her job and very knowledgeable. The clinic has all the latest technology and equipment which enhanced my recovery, through my own personalised rehab exercise programme to the hands on treatments I received.
