Collection found bit difficult as hard to hear understand person doing final fit and adjustment. Was very pleasant and friendly.

My mother in law has had some serious health issues and was unable to get to the opticians to pick up her glasses. I called on the off chance that they could help. Helen was amazing and within a couple of minutes had sorted the problem. What a relief! Thanks Helen & team 🙂

I went for my two year eye check and, as usual, I was told I needed some new reading glasses as my prescription had changed so I used the 2 for £79 offer. When I first used the glasses I found they were of little use because the depth of vision was less than my original glasses making it impossible to read a book or magazine further than the edge of my plate while sat at the table eating. I took the glasses back and was told that it wasn't possible to make lenses to my new prescription which would have the depth of vision I wanted so I handed the glasses back and got a full refund. I continued using my original glasses without any problems. A few weeks later I lost these glasses and because I needed some more at short notice I went online and bought 3 pairs of stylish reading glasses for £8 using my original prescription which arrived the next day. These glasses are amazing and the depth of vision is incredible. Not only can I read something close to me but I can also see across the room without having to look over the top of them as I have always had to do with the prescription glasses from Spacsavers. This makes me question the ability and integrity of the Spacsavers staff who tried to sell me two pairs of glasses for £79 which couldn't be made to enable me to read easily and yet I could buy 3 pairs of glasses for £8 which surpassed every pair of prescription glasses I've ever bought from Specsavers 🤔

Excellent! Don’t know why we have so many opticians in guiseley, just need Specsavers! Last year the optician helped identify eye and brain cancer and this year helped me again with my ever changing eyesight! Excellent service, excellent options and prices too

Called in today cos my specs keep sliding down my nose !! It was quite busy so I was expecting a wait . Went to reception and reported the problem . I was seen straight away and taken to a kiosk . Specs taken and sorted !! Now that’s service .
Now I know why I keep coming here ! Entrance is via Morrisons and is flat and level throughout. Room to manoeuvre a wheelchair and fit under a desk . No problems with access anywhere . Staff are brilliant and very helpful .
No WC here but there are in Morrisons , including disabled.
Plenty of disabled parking in Morrisons car park .

Rubbish in my experience, no customer care, had a first time trial of contact lenses the girl just sat there on her phone while I struggled, then told me to come back the next day (friday) on the back of a 12hr night shift only to arrive and be told they didn't work on Fridays
