I have been with Jay at Rehabify now for 4 months and have made some unreal results in such a short period of time. Due to me been on a calorie surplus to gain weight and be more toned and in proportion from starting at a poor 43kg weight, working 12 hour shifts around it and been consistent in the gym. I have made some AMAZING results up to now and we continue for the rest of the year to reach my goal. Jay is very professional and so polite and friendly, I wouldn’t ask for a better PT!! ? 100% recommend!

Couldn’t recommend Jay enough!
I started my nutritional plan with Jay 6 weeks ago now and I’m feeling great within myself and found confidence within my body again 🙂

I have had sports massages from Jay numerous times over the last couple of years as well as treatment to my shoulder which i injured whilst training. He’s a top lad and extremely knowledgeable at what he does. Couldn’t recommend him anymore.

I have been coming to the clinic for about a year now + Jay has been able to tell me things other physios have not picked up on, so i am able to train and work around the gym with this knowledge which has helped prevent any further injuries or time away from the gym.
