My husband needed care at home due to his disability. I cannot praise the carers enough, they showed so much respect to my husband, they explained what they were doing to him. They were so caring, professional and friendly

neglectful. putting patients lives at risk on a daily basis despite daily complaints. promises to amend the situation but never bother to. medication not being given. patient not being washed or dressed. allergies not noted. pay for cleaning her pictures show nothing is actually being done. managers couldn’t care less. if you value your family members do not come to this company. the things that have happened and continue to are putting patients lives at risk. should be closed down. they do not care about the patients at all.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR BY THE OFFICE STAFF AND THE HIGHER MANAGERS. They don’t care about the carers or the service users. Organisation is poor and unprofessional, staff are rude and disrespectful, they speak rudely to the carers that are struggling with walking and doing the runs while simultaneously messing up the rota and schedule without informing carers. Honestly so unprofessional and I don’t recommend associating with this company whatsoever
