What a fantastic experience! I had no idea what to expect but Carol made me feel so comfortable and at ease, she has such a soothing effect on you! So thankfull for this service. I am a carer and have been struggling to communicate with a service user. We found carol on google she chatted about what she could do and came to see us straight away. Carol is kind and caring and successfully unblocked my service users ear. Its been a huge relief we laughed so much about how we have struggled over the last few weeks with one of us having a blocked ear now its like a whole new world again for us. I went for a consultation with Carol , as I have experiencing a dull ache in one of my ears. I assumed it was a build of wax, after a thorough examination I was told that my ear canal was clean and was referred to my doctor. Carol had seen a yellowing on my ear drum.
I found the service she offered to be very professional , thorough and Carol was reassuring and attentive.

Carol made me feel very comfortable and at ease , as I didn’t know what to expect , have had to turn down the TV volume and can hear more clearly now .Will definitely be back as my ears do tend to get blocked up from time to time
