I always love going to Sam for many different treatments. Today I went for a full body massage which I have regularly.

The detailed computerised skin analysis and advanced facial treatment I had were amazing and taught me so much. Wow, the sunbed damage of the 90s could clearly be seen on my skin. However, Sam was not judgmental about this or my current products or skincare regime.

Yes, cheaper superficial facials are nice in beauty salons and spas, but apart from falling asleep and waking myself up mid-facial with a loud snore, I never saw real results and was not educated in any way about my skin.

Well, I can tell you from my first bespoke skin treatment here, I could see a difference in my skin straight away. I am nearly 53 and I have had a dry, rough skin texture under my chin for 3 years since menopause. I have had facials and dermaplaning in other clinics, and nothing has solved the issue, and no therapist was able to tell me what the issue was. Sam was able to tell me what it was: the slowing of skin renewal as we age. There was a fancy name for it, but I can't remember what it was.

Sam's personalised approach and attention to detail made me feel truly understood and cared for. From start to finish, the experience was incredible. Think 5* spa experience beauty salon, yes you still get a little massage and aromatherapy infused warm cloth on arrival but with REAL results !

What I also loved was that Sam did not push any expensive skincare onto me or make me sign my life away to an expensive course of treatments. However, through the knowledge I have gained and the initial results, I am actually looking forward to receiving my detailed analysis and product recommendations report because I know these results are based on real computerised analysis and the best interest for my skin, and I have no doubt I will book again.
