I have nothing but praise for this surgery. Dr Kenneth has been do supportive of my elderly parents and I cannot thank him enough for his response in supporting them both. He is lovely. Yes getting an appointment is hard and this can be frustrating but there is an open surgery which is a god send these days. Yes you have to sit and wait but if your poorly you'll wait . My only concern is the form you have to fill in on arrival. There is a mass, assumption all are literate and that is not the case.

Dr Kenneth was rude and nasty during my appointment. He spoke down to me about women’s health (when he is not trained in or has any understanding). He has no care for his work and being awful to patients is clear evidence of you shouldn’t be in the industry. For anyone feeling down or not ready to be spoken down to and told they are stupid then avoid Dr Kenneth at all costs.

Had a routine visit earlier today with my doctor for my asthma, got told this prescription would be ready to collect at lunch time (needed before next day as have an operation and cannot be carried out until have this prescription and doctors where well aware of this). Arrived to pharmacy at 4pm to be told it has not been registered by doctor yet, two hours later still sat in their car park waiting, back and fourth constant phone calls with receptionist at the medical centre. Pharmacist was absolutely lovely and a great help advising me to call 111 as my doctor was useless, a lady from 111 processed my prescription for me. However my doctor still yet hasn’t done anything for this prescription. I think it is laziness and unbothered about their work. Heard a few things but this finalised how terrible they really are.

I visited the practice for the first time today having swapped GP surgeries. I am extremely impressed with the thorough detailed consultation I received. The reception staff are friendly and efficient. Communication is excellent and fast. I am happy to have made the right decision to swap and would heartily recommend this practice to others.

Went to the open surgery this morning, it was busy but I was grateful to be able to have the opportunity to see a doctor without having an appointment. I saw a very nice doctor, he was easy to talk to even asked my opinion on his suggestions on how best to manage my problem. I feel very confident my medical issue is now resolved with his help.

Useless, told prescription would be complete for lunch time, went to get it at 4pm was told it hadn’t been completed. Multiple doctor calls with the reception that was useless at contacting the doctor. If you can register elsewhere. Do it
