I've been a patient at this practice for a few years now, and only have good reports about it..referrals to hospital delt with very well ,excellent gp's..and they take time to listen and you never feel rushed....best gp surgery ive ever encountered

I've moved around a fair bit and encountered a few GP surgeries and this has to be one of the very best. The Doctors show genuine concern and care over health issues and are forward thinking in terms of investigation and referrals. There is a clear desire to get patient care right. Call early in the morning for appointments like most general practices and reception staff are also polite and helpful.

Today, 13 October 2022 I had an appointment for a blood test at 10.50 in this medical practice. I had some issues at home and I arrived at 11.01, and waited for 3/4 min in the queue to be told I was too late and I needed to rebook. I told her I was only 11 min late, that I was in the queue for 4 min, which she denied, it might have been 3 minutes. She rebooked my appointment for being 11 min late in a quiet town surgery. Last week I went to see the doctor and I was patiently waiting for more than 15 minutes. It seems the complaints about being late only goes in one way.

Furthermore, I asked if I could see or talk to a doctor as I am not sure if I have to go to emergencies right now and she told me she doesn't have anything for today and I should see myself if I think it is an emergency to go to E&A or call 111. I felt invaluable and worthless with this heartless response to a person in suffering that is about to go to emergency.

All the staff are helpful and caring.
During lockdown they implemented sensible measures to keep people safe, were supportive, and kept up their high standards of care.
They have always been compassionate to my families needs, whether that is in terms of physical, mental, or womens health.
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a good family g.p practice.

Dr Taylor is an absolutely first class GP, however busy he is, he listens, and he cares, and nothing is too much trouble. My experience over many years of his partnership at Woodbridge makes me wish to say that they deserve six stars, not just five!
